In this part of our guide, we’ll introduce you to our two trusted suppliers, Inflow and Xpress Logistics, and explain how to work with each of them. By choosing a delivery method tailored to your products and your customers’ expectations, you can optimize both their satisfaction and your store’s success.

Choice of logistics partner

You have the choice between:

Deliveries by Inflow

To members using Inflow's logistics services

The Inflow company offers a tracking service for shipped parcels that allows you and your customer to follow the progress of your parcel.

Each time there is a change in status, you and your customer will receive an e-mail notification from Inflow’s systems. These status changes cover, among other things, the collection of the parcel, its passage through the Inflow depot, distribution, delivery and so on.

The procedure for all Inflow deliveries is now as follows:

You will receive an e-mail from Inflow with a “.pdf” label containing the addresses and barcodes (see below for an example).

Package pick-up

Wait for Inflow to collect your parcel. (between 08h00 and 18h00)

Automatic notifications

As soon as the parcel is collected, automatic notifications will be sent to you by e-mail.

Deliveries by Xpress Logistics

Members who wish to use Xpress Logistics' logistics services

In addition to the Michel Greco delivery partner, you now also have the option of shipping your parcels with Xpress Logistics.

We’ve set up an automatic data transfer system, so you don’t have to manually transmit your order data to Xpress Logistics. Once you have confirmed an order, all the data relating to the delivery of the order is transmitted, a delivery order is created in your Xpress Logistics account and you deliver the parcel.

The closing of orders for the day must be made by 4:00 p.m. at the latest with our company.

Orders placed before 12 p.m. and from merchants within a 20 km radius of Luxembourg City or Esch-sur-Alzette: packages will be collected the same day in the afternoon.
Other orders: packages will be collected the next day at the latest.

Pickup schedule

Same-day collection from 8:00 a.m. from suppliers (or during store opening hours).

Fresh produce: collection Monday to Wednesday, delivery Tuesday to Friday during office hours (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

Same day collection from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from retailers (or during store opening hours).

After the kidnapping

24h – 48h after receipt of packages (indicative and not guaranteed). Delivery from Monday to Friday during office hours (8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).

Delivery not made

After a delivery attempt (delivery notice) – if unsuccessful, the package is returned to the sender
