Create the business description
Add social media profiles (if available)
Enter opening hours (if applicable)
Please have the following information ready:
Company matricule
11-digit number without letters
For self-employed individuals: personal Luxembourg matricule
LBR-Number (RCS)
Luxembourg VAT number (starting with LU)
Operating permit number (example: 111111/1)
For self-employed individuals: all details in the “natural person” section
First and last name
Date of birth
Place and country of birth
Create a Stripe account to process payments securely.

We offer you the option to ship your products with our partners Inflow or XPress Logistics.
Please note that both companies work with DPD abroad (Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands).

If you already have a contract with a delivery company, deliver yourself, or want to freely choose your delivery partners, we can create a custom delivery method for you. Please fill out this form for that purpose: https://academy.letzshop.lu/en/delivery-module/
Please note that there must be a fixed price per country.
Also, please be aware that you are responsible for ensuring that the products arrive on time to the customer (generally within one week after order confirmation). If a package is lost, you must issue a refund to the customer. This also means that even if your delivery partner has not completed their investigation after a month, you must still refund the money.
It is also possible to use our partner only partially. For example, you can use one of our partner companies for Luxembourg and your own delivery company abroad.
You can also choose to use our partner companies only for certain countries, such as only in Luxembourg, Germany, and Belgium.

If you want to use both our partner companies and your own delivery methods for the same country, the customer will ultimately decide which company will handle the delivery.
Create at least 15 products and activate them.
Alternatively: Integration via API (Shopify, WooCommerce, Prestashop), Google Spreadsheet, or CSV/XML is possible after signing the contract.

At Letzshop there are three different pricing models:
The invoice is issued quarterly. You can select which pricing model you would like to subscribe to here: academy.letzshop.lu/en/legal-documents/letzshop-pricing/.
*If you operate your business in one of our partner municipalities, you receive a 50% discount on the annual fee. You can find the list of partner municipalities at www.letzshop.lu/en.
The contract is completed online. You can fill out the contract via this link: join.letzshop.lu/en/contrat.
As soon as all the fields on this page have been completed fully and correctly, we will activate your storefront.
