Commission

Stripe deducts the commission from the turnover according to the pricing you have chosen:

  • 3.5% (Basic rate)
  • 6% (Plus rate)
 

The commission is due to:

  • as part of the regular payment of a purchase
  • in the event of cancellation of sale by the trader (for example when returning the product under the right of withdrawal, cancellation due to out of stock, etc.)
  • in the event of an order cancellation by the customer.

Transfer duration

Stripe transfers the money to your bank account: Monday after 3 weeks

Why this delay?

We wait until the legal withdrawal period, which is 14 days from receipt of the goods, has passed. To the withdrawal period, we add 1 week of delivery time.

If the customer returns the goods to you within these 3 weeks, Letzshop can transfer the money back to the customer’s credit card.

If the money had already been transferred to your bank account before, this refund operation would technically no longer be possible.

Stripe will be listed on your account statement.
