Do you sell sensitive products?

Mandatory information on prepackaged products:

The name of the foodstuff.
The list of ingredients.
Ingredients causing allergies or intolerances, listed in Annex II of EU Regulation 1169/2011.
The quantity of certain ingredients or categories of ingredients (QUID).
The net quantity of foodstuff.
The minimum durability date or use-by date (to be made available at the time of delivery).
The special conditions of storage and/or use.
The name or business name and address of the food business operator.
The country of origin or place of provenance (where provided for in Article 26 of EU Regulation 1169/2011.
Instructions for use, when their absence would make proper use of the foodstuff difficult.
For beverages containing more than 1.2% alcohol by volume, the acquired alcoholic strength by volume.
A nutritional statement.
A batch number (to be made available at the time of delivery).

Registration of food sector establishments According to European regulations ( (EC) 852/2004 and (EU) 2017/625) and national regulations ( Grand-Ducal Regulation of 15 January 2021 ), food business operators' establishments must register to be known to the competent authorities of the country. Special case of food supplements When a food supplement is first placed on the market in Luxembourg, the manufacturer or the person responsible for placing it on the market must make a declaration to the Health Directorate.
